Teaching at St. Edmond is one of my greatest joys.  My other joys include: my husband Nate and our 3 wonderful children.  I enjoy writing curriculum to match my students' interests and to promote their inquisitiveness.  I enjoy reading professional journals and books.  Most recently I read "The Ultimate Read-Aloud Resource" by Lester Laminack. The International Reading Association journal: “The Reading Teacher" is also a must read.  In my free time, I love to go to the lake with family and friends, read for pleasure, and play Bunco with my teacher friends.
